Description
- BPM Solution Development : Design, develop, and implement BPM solutions using IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) to automate and optimize business processes across the organization.
- Process Analysis : Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements, document processes, and translate them into technical workflows.
- Custom Development : Develop custom components, integrations, and user interfaces as required to meet complex business needs.
- Testing and Troubleshooting : Conduct unit tests, troubleshoot issues, and implement bug fixes to ensure the smooth functioning of BPM solutions.
- Process Optimization : Continuously monitor and assess existing workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and third-party vendors to ensure the successful deployment and integration of BPM solutions with other enterprise systems.
- Documentation : Maintain detailed technical documentation of BPM solutions, including process flows, integration points, and user guides.
- Maintenance and Support (Maintenance et support) : Provide ongoing support for existing BPM applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and are maintained in line with industry best practices.
Formation et Expériences souhaitées :
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in BPM development, with a strong focus on IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW). Compétences Techniques :
- Proficiency in IBM BAW (Business Process Designer, Process Portal, etc.)
- Strong experience with JavaScript, Java, and web services (REST/SOAP).
- Knowledge of databases (SQL, DB2) and application servers (WebSphere, Liberty).
- Familiarity with BPMN and process modeling tools.
- Experience with system integrations (APIs, middleware).
Soft Skills :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to project management and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Certifications : IBM BAW certification or other BPM-related certifications are a plus.
