Microsoft Power Platform Developer

Our customer is seeking a Power Platform Developer to join our digital solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents) to meet the business needs of our customer. Your work will help streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive digital transformation across the organization.

Missions principales : • Solution Development : Design and develop custom applications and automated workflows using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform tools. • Business Process Automation : Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities for automation, create workflows, and improve existing processes using Power Automate and Power Apps. • Data Integration : Build integrations between Power Platform solutions and various data sources such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SQL Server, Dynamics 365, and third-party applications. • Power BI Reporting : Design and develop intuitive dashboards and reports using Power BI to help business users make data-driven decisions. • Support et Maintenance : Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization for existing Power Platform solutions to ensure they continue to meet business needs. • Governance and Compliance : Implement best practices for governance, security, and data management within the Power Platform environment, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards. • Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and ensure successful deployment. • Training and Documentation : Create user guides and provide training to business users on how to use Power Platform solutions effectively.

Profil du candidat Formations et expériences souhaitées : • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents). Compétences Techniques : • Expertise in building canvas and model-driven Power Apps. • Proficiency in creating workflows and automations using Power Automate. • Strong experience with Power BI for developing reports and dashboards. • Familiarity with common data sources (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SQL Server, Dataverse). • Knowledge of Power Platform security, governance, and licensing best practices. • Programming skills in Power Fx, JavaScript, or C# are a plus. Soft Skills: • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Certifications : Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400) are a strong advantage.
